Refund Policy

Certain products sold by Gulf Deal Zone are not eligible for return or refund. These include Flash Sale items sold under a No-Return Policy, discounted products such as Marked Down Products, Flash Sales, Seasonal Sales, Special Offers, Today’s Deals, Open Box items, and Daily Deals, as well as free-size, multi-color, assorted color, or assorted design products.

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery and report any issues within three (3) calendar days from the delivery date.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or non-functional, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.

For change-of-mind or personal preference cases, refunds are not permitted; only replacement is allowed. This excludes discounted or promotional products.

Any replacement must be of equal or higher value. The customer will bear any price difference, pickup charges, and delivery fees.

All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice. Products that are used, damaged, tampered with, or improperly handled are not eligible for return or replacement.
